Unlike simple tool-based platforms, AI Designs utilizes a proprietary Agentic Workflow. When you make a request, credits are invested in two stages: first for the agent to semantically understand and decompose your creative intent, and second for crafting the final high-fidelity output using the world's best underlying models.

The number of credits consumed depends on:

• Model Selection: We aggregate top-tier models (e.g., Gemini, Midjourney, Kling). Each has a different "burn rate" based on its computational cost.
• Task Complexity: Detailed reasoning tasks or multi-step workflows (like "Concept to Poster") require more processing power.

Canvas Generator Usage

Credits are calculated dynamically based on your specific generation settings:

• Image resolution & upscaling quality.
• Style complexity and fidelity requirements.
• Advanced parameters (e.g., negative prompting, reference image weights).

Note: The more sophisticated your configuration, the more credits are required to execute the agentic chain.

We offer a flexible Rollover Policy designed to protect your investment while encouraging active usage.

Monthly Subscription Credits:

• Unused credits from your monthly plan will roll over to the next billing cycle, subject to a Maximum Rollover Cap.
• The Cap: Your total account balance cannot exceed 2x (two times) your current monthly plan's credit allocation.
• How it works: If your rollover credits plus your new month's credits exceed this limit, any excess credits will automatically expire on your renewal date.
• Example: If you are on the "Starter Plan" (2,000 credits/month), your account balance can never exceed 4,000 credits. If you have 2,500 credits remaining and renew, your balance will be capped at 4,000, and the surplus 500 will expire.

Top-up Credits:

Credits purchased separately as "Top-ups" (outside of the monthly allowance) never expire and are valid as long as your account remains active.

If you need additional credits, you can upgrade your plan to increase your monthly limit or purchase credit packs to generate more content without changing your current subscription. Purchased credits are added instantly and can be used across all supported models.

Yes. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle to maintain continuous access. You may cancel at any time in your account settings, and your plan will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

365 Unlimited gives you one year of unlimited generations on the models in your plan. Access continues while your subscription is active. If you cancel or downgrade, unlimited access ends when your current plan expires. Upgrades keep your access active for the full 12 months.

Reactivating your subscription does not extend the original 365-day period.

Automation or non-human activity may trigger a temporary suspension of access for review to ensure fair and reliable use.

Important Legal Disclosure: Our "Unlimited" benefit refers strictly to the quantity of generations allowed, not the speed of delivery. To comply with Hong Kong trade regulations and ensuring system stability, this service is governed by the following Fair Usage Policy:

Resource Allocation (GPU Availability):

"Relaxed Generation" allows you to generate content without consuming credits by utilizing surplus/idle GPU capacity. These tasks are processed only after all paid Credit (Fast Mode) tasks are completed.

Tiered Priority Queue:

Your position in the Relaxed waitlist is determined by your subscription tier. Higher tiers jump ahead of lower tiers in the queue:

• Ultimate Plan: Highest Priority (Fastest dispatch in Relaxed mode)
• Pro Plan: Medium Priority
• Basic/Starter Plan: Standard Priority

No Guarantee on Generation Time:

Due to the dynamic nature of global GPU loads, we cannot guarantee a specific completion time for Relaxed tasks.

• Idle Times: Generation may take 1–5 minutes.
• Peak Times: Wait times can extend to 5 minutes, 60 minutes, or significantly longer.
• Switching Modes: If you require immediate results during high-traffic periods, you must use Credits to bypass the queue via "Fast Mode".

Lovart accounts are for individual use only. To prevent account sharing or abusive behavior that may excessively consume resources and affect platform stability, tasks can run simultaneously on up to 2 desktop Web, 1 mobile Web. For team or multi-user usage, please purchase the Team Plan.

Once you have an active subscription, you can upgrade at any time by paying the price difference. If the upgrade option is unavailable, you may purchase the higher-tier plan first and then contact support@lovart.ai to request a refund afterward.
